Services at Central United Reformed Church, Hove.

You are assured of a warm welcome at Central - there is something here for all ages. Our Sunday morning family services begin at 10:30am and last an hour. We have a different arrangements at 6:30pm most Sunday evenings; a quiet service, a louder praise service (led by our band) or a joint service with other local churches. You will find a friendly community, one that seeks to express the mind and spirit of Chirst in all human life.

Services are held every Sunday throughout the year and are led by a variety of preachers or members of our own congregation. Several services are led by our own Young People, either through the Boys' Brigade, Girls' Brigade or the Sunday Youth Ministry

We have been trying a new style evening service once a month. For more details, click here

During the school year, we are also privileged to hold a Parade Service each month, where members of the Boys' Brigade and Girls' Brigade attend in their uniform. These services are more geared towards the young people, and it has been known for us to experience some interesting activities at these services.

We have special arrangements for services in the Christian Year.

At Easter, we usually have a Midnight Communion Service on Maundy Thursday, a Beach Service at 8am on Hove Seafront on Easter Sunday, followed by a Family Service in the Church at 10:30am.

At Christmas, we usually have a Nativity Service, led by our Sunday Youth Ministry, a Midnight Communion Service on Christmas Eve, and a Family Service on Christmas Day at 10:30am. For information on this years' Easter services, click here
